DESCRIPTION
The REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee (RASM) is the largest real estate trade association in the region, representing more than 9,000 members located in Sarasota County and Manatee County. Members are involved in all aspects of real estate, including residential and commercial, real estate brokers, sales agents, and property managers as well as real estate services providers. All local association members also belong to Florida REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
The REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee (RASM) provides regular education programs and seminars designed to assist our members in gaining new skills and professional designations. Seminars and technical “hands on” sessions also contribute to the advancement of our members in their chosen career. In addition, online course training is available to members looking for classes offered in the comfort of their home or office.
ADVOCACY
As the advocate for the real estate brokerage industry, RASM is the Voice for Real Estate® in the region. Since its inception, RASM has worked to protect private property rights and enhance home ownership. The Association also advocates to support and enhance the ability of members to succeed in their business in an ethical and competent manner.
