The CEO Academy is an exclusive, results-driven cohort for Sarasota County’s second-stage companies, designed with busy CEOs in mind. Participants join a select group of 8–12 peers and, through a guided needs assessment, are paired with expert advisors who work directly with them, primarily in a flexible, virtual format, to tackle their most critical growth challenge. This is not a one-size-fits-all program; every element is tailored to your business, ensuring you walk away with a clear, actionable growth plan built specifically for your company.

Time Commitment

• Needs assessment survey
• In-person cohort launch
• Three in-person group workshops over nine months
• Virtual one-one meetings with your assigned subject matter experts over nine months
