Electronic Newsletter Sponsorship ($500 each or $750 for both per month)
The EDC has two monthly newsletters that Investors may sponsor:
EDConnection: This is the official monthly newsletter of the Economic Development Corporation. The newsletter is distributed to more than 1,000 subscribers including EDC Investors, board of directors, community leaders and elected officials. Topics covered include company profiles, a project updates, EDC services, opinion polls, EDC events and news from Investors.
FYI -For Your Industry: This is the monthly newsletter for area value-added businesses. Value-added businesses are those that export their products or services beyond Sarasota County and often belong to the following industries: manufacturers, financial services, creative services, technology, and life and environmental sciences. There are nearly 1,000 subscribers to this newsletter. Topics covered include local CEO profiles, EDC services, resources for entrepreneurs and cluster group updates.
Sponsors of either newsletter receive the following benefits:
· Sole sponsorship of that month’s edition
· Sponsor logo prominently displayed in newsletter
· A link to sponsor’s website or other advertisement
· Distribution to more than 1,000 subscribers
· The newsletter is featured on the front page of the EDC website and permanently linked in archives
Site Selector Edition ($500 each)
FYI- Site Selector Edition: This quarterly e-newsletter is geared towards site selectors and others that have a role in determining where companies relocate. Topics covered include geographic statistics, business climate resources, incentives, EDC services and quality of life factors.
Sponsors of the Site Selector edition receive the following benefits:
· Sole sponsorship of that quarter’s edition
· Sponsor logo prominently displayed in newsletter
· A link to sponsor’s website or other advertisement
· Distribution to more than 400 subscribers
· The newsletter is featured on the front page of the EDC website and permanently linked in archives
