Abel Band Expands Health Law & Regulatory Compliance Practice
Jeffrey L. Myers Joins Firm
Abel Band, Chartered recently announced that Jeffrey L. Myers, Esq., of Odessa, joined the firm to develop and expand its Health Law & Regulatory Compliance Practice. Myers is Of Counsel with Abel Band and chairs the firm’s Health Law & Regulatory Compliance Practice Group and is a member of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group.
As a specialist in health law, Myers focuses his practice on counseling healthcare providers on matters including, but not limited to, contracts, licensure, managed care, HIPPA, regulatory compliance, fraud, abuse, and audits. He represents providers, including physicians, group practices, hospitals, assisted living facilities, and medical suppliers in all areas of litigation and mediation.
Myers is Board Certified in Health Law by the Florida Bar. He is one of 113 health law specialists in Florida and received his certification in 1995. In addition, Myers is certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Circuit Civil Mediator.

WilsonMiller Vice President and Principal Millard J. Yoder, P.E., has been appointed Regional Manager of the firm’s Development Design Business Unit. Yoder will oversee the business unit’s operations in Charlotte, DeSoto, Hardee, Highlands, Manatee, and Sarasota counties.
Development Design, one of 10 corporate business units under WilsonMiller’s corporate umbrella, provides customized services from a variety of specialized disciplines. It performs design, engineering, and permitting services for water systems, infrastructure, roadways, and many other projects.

DooleyMack Constructors Announces the Hiring of Rudolf Krajcovic as Project Manager. He brings more than thirty-five years experience in the construction industry. Rudy is accomplished in commercial project leadership and subcontractor management with a proven track record in problem solving, negotiations and delivering successful projects.
As Project Manager, Rudy will be responsible for managing the overall construction process and related activities. He will work closely with Owners, Architects and Engineers to control and monitor construction through administrative direction of the on-site Su¬perintendent to complete projects within the properly established budget, schedule and specifications.
