WilsonMiller Promotes Five in Sarasota Office 
The WilsonMiller, Inc., Board of Directors has announced new leadership positions for 22 professionals throughout the firm. Five of these individuals are based in WilsonMiller’s Sarasota office: 

James A. Paulmann, FAICP, was elected as a Senior Vice President. Paulmann, a Fellow of the American Association of Certified Planners (FAICP), is Corporate Manager of WilsonMiller’s Development Planning & Approvals business unit. He is also a Principal of the firm.

Daniel J. Bond, P.E., and Scott A. Buttari, ASLA, LEED AP, were appointed to Senior Associate positions. A Florida Professional Engineer (P.E.), Bond is a Project Manager in the Development Design business unit. Buttari, Regional Manager of the firm’s WilsonMillerDesign business unit, is a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA) and is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP). 

Sarasota-based personnel selected as new Associates by the Board were Gary S. Comp and David M. Bek. Comp is a Regional Manager of Ecological & Water Resources and Bek is a Project Manager in Ecological & Water Resources. “Each of these individuals demonstrates the kind of professional, business, community, and technical leadership integral to the continuing success of our firm,” said WilsonMiller President Fermin A. Diaz, P.E.

 

DooleyMack Hires New Senior Project Manager
DooleyMack Constructors announces the hiring of David W. Lewis as Senior Project Manager. David has a proven record of outstanding performance in real estate development, construction management and general contracting. From conceptual design and budget estimating, scheduling and construction to occupancy, David has consistently achieved or exceeded project objectives. He has been involved in many high profile projects including multi-million dollar luxury condominiums, casinos, office buildings, retail, marine, civil and industrial projects.

As Senior Project Manager, David will work with the Owner, Architect, and Civil Engineer in establishing project priorities and goals, and provide budgeting and value engineering costing during the design development process. When project plans are completed and ready for the permitting stage, he will direct the various disciplines in obtaining the necessary permits.  While the permitting process is ongoing he will work with our estimators to bid the project and reviews the bid evaluation activities, including subcontractor and material purchase negotiations. David has a thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes and standards.
